Children and Families are the heart of thriving communities. We are committed to creating an environment that you want to raise your family in, so we have developed and delivered a range of community-based services for you and your family in the Central Halifax and Upper Valley Area for many years.
We run three nurseries across Calderdale. They are all linked with Family Hub Core services and offer day care for children aged 0-5 years. Places are available for children who are eligible for 30 hours government funded childcare.

We run a range of Family Hubs across Calderdale, from Central Halifax to the Upper Valley.
Our venues are welcoming places where there are activities for you and your children, health services, training opportunities and support. We are placed at the heart of communities so you can access help if you need it and provide the best possible start in life for your children. Family Hubs are great places for children to play and for you to meet and chat with other parents; our services are free to join and most activities are also free.
