Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme of the week was ‘Nature & the Environment’. As part of the Trust’s activities we paid a visit to The Outback Garden to catch-up with volunteers and staff about the benefits of spending time in nature and it’s impact on our sense of wellbeing.
