Halifax Central Initiative and the Rotary Club of Halifax are hoping to work together with local residents & businesses to plan, build & create an attractive green space with plants, seating and a natural children’s play area in the grounds of the Queens Road Neighbourhood Centre, a welcoming and desirable urban garden for the whole community.
